PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
- Key holding
- Apartment inspections (once a month): water system drainage in the kitchen and bathrooms, inspection of the water and sewage system, wiring system, air conditioning, windows, door, locks and airing the apartment
- Professional service, if required (a plumber, an electrician, a carpenter, an interior designer, construction team, “handyman,” etc)
- Assistance with apartment equipment (inc. purchase of furniture, sheets, curtains, towels, etc)
- Assistance with apartment insurance and contact with insurance companies
- Installation of the Internet and TV
- Ongoing contact with housing administration
- Assistance with paying the bills (power, water, the Internet, housing community bills)
