REAL ESTATE MARKET OUTLOOK
According to the last year forecast the real estate prices in Spain were rising in 2017. The Housing Market Index of the Spanish National Statistics Institute detected 6.7% growth in 2017 and showed the biggest growth since the 2008 financial crisis.
