According to the National Institute of Statistics (INE) there was a 23% increase in the sale of Spanish properties in January 2018 in comparison to the same period last year. The number of transactions on the Spanish property market has been growing for 10 consecutive months.
According to the last year forecast the real estate prices in Spain were rising in 2017. The Housing Market Index of the Spanish National Statistics Institute detected 6.7% growth in 2017 and showed the biggest growth since the 2008 financial crisis.
