Recent research data prove that foreigners buy apartments in Spain mainly for holidays and for rental. Recent Eurostat data predicts that Spain will be the most attractive investment location in Europe in years 2018-2020.
Of all foreigners British nationals bought the biggest amount of properties in Spain in 2017. Their share in finalized transactions amounted to 15%. They were followed by the French (8%), Germans (7%), Belgians (6%) and the Swedish (6%).
