Significant money supply and rising demand result in the growth of investment in real estate sector. Additionally, there have been new players on the Spanish real estate market: investment funds from the USA and Europe and investors from China. Available data point out that next two years will be a good time for the purchase of a property in Spain at a (still) good price.
