BILLIONAIRES PUT THEIR MONEY ON THE SPANISH PROPERTY MARKET

One of the wealthiest people in the world, Carlos Slim, has increased his engagement in the Spanish real estate market. As a result of that,  he has joined Amancio Ortega, George Soros and Bill Gates who have also decided to invest in this market. The Mexican made an offer on located in Barcelona company “Fomento de Contrucciones & Contratas SA (FCC).” It has been one of his many investments in the Spanish property market since 2014. Carlos Slim has, among others,  a stake in a development company “Realia Business SA.”
